Refund Policy

1.Overview

Because our 12-week program features highly limited cohort sizes (maximum of 12 students per class), each enrollment holds a critical seat that cannot easily be filled once the program begins. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the viability of our small-group format.

2.Refund Terms

• Initial Trial Period: We offer a full refund if requested within 7 days after the first scheduled session of the cohort.
• After Week 2: No refunds will be issued after the completion of the second week of the program.
• Missed Sessions: We do not offer refunds or prorated discounts for individual classes missed by the student due to illness, travel, or other personal reasons.
• Early Withdrawal: No partial refunds will be provided if a student withdraws from the program before the 12 weeks are completed (outside the initial trial period).
• Program Cancellation: In the unlikely event that QUED Animation Studio must cancel a cohort prior to completion, a full or prorated refund will be issued to all enrolled students.
