1.Program Description

QUED Animation Studio provides a specialized 12-week cohort program designed to teach students foundational and advanced animation principles. Enrollment in this program guarantees the student a reserved seat in their chosen cohort. Curriculum details, schedules, and software requirements are provided upon successful registration.

2.Payment Terms

By enrolling, you agree to pay the stated tuition fees for the 12-week program. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We offer upfront payment options as well as structured payment plans where applicable. Failure to maintain payment arrangements may result in the student being removed from the cohort.

3.Participation Commitment

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions, actively participate, and complete assigned projects. Due to the limited capacity of our cohorts (12 students maximum), securing a spot means a commitment to the full 12-week duration. Repeated unexcused absences may impact the student’s ability to complete the program successfully.

4.Code of Conduct

We foster a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful environment. Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruption of the learning environment will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate dismissal without a refund.

5.Intellectual Property

Students retain full ownership of all original artwork and animations created during the program. QUED Animation Studio reserves the right to request permission to use student work for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website portfolios), which the student or parent/guardian may approve or decline.

6.Limitation of Liability

QUED Animation Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the program. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount of tuition paid by the enrollee.

7.Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled families via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
